ORDER CONFIRMATION Once you have completed your purchase, we will send an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided at checkout. This order confirmation will contain all the necessary information about products, prices, billing and delivery address(es). Should you wish to adjust your order, contact email@example.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number in your message.
PRICES Prices in our web shop are quoted in SEK and include VAT. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change our web prices without advance notice.
PAYMENT We offer different secure payment methods. We accept cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Apple Pay and Klarna.
FRAKT Inom Sverige - leverans till Postnord ombud 48 kr, fri frakt vid köp över 500 kr inom Sverige. Vi erbjuder också hemleverans med Postnord Home för 75 kr (50 kr vid köp över 500 kr). Leverans till övriga Europa sker med Postnord, avgift 135 kr.
STORE PICK-UP You can select to pick up your order in our store at Nytorgsgatan 38, Stockholm during our ordinary opening hours. Store pick-up is free. Orders that are not picked up within 14 days will be annulled.
DELIVERY When delivering goods, we use either Postnord Collect, which delivers the package to your local post office, or home delivery by Postnord. You will be notified by text message, e-mail or letter when the parcel is available for collection from your retailer.
DELIVERY DURING HOLIDAY During Christmas and other holidays, a lot of people are ordering caramels. This means that the delivery time may be a few days extra. Please place your order well in advance.
DELIVERY TIME We normally ship your order within 1-2 working days (or 2-3 working days during holidays or peak periods). Delivery time in Sweden is usually 2-5 working days. Outside of Sweden, delivery time is 3-7 working days. Larger orders might take longer, in which case we will contact you.
COUNTRIES We deliver to Sweden and the European Union (with a few exceptions).
WEATHER Our caramel is sensitive to humidity and temperature (hot/cold). We package our products as carefully as possible but cannot guarantee their quality when they are in transit for a long time and/or shipped to places with extreme weather conditions.
DELAYS We always do our utmost to ensure speedy deliveries, but are unable to guarantee a specific delivery day. Should your order be delayed, we will contact you. You always have the right to cancel your purchase in case of extreme delays.
LARGE ORDERS We produce our artisan caramel on a small scale. During peak times or holidays (such as Christmas and Easter), demand for our products is high. We recommend placing your order well ahead of the desired delivery date. We reserve the right to cancel and refund you for larger orders if we are unable to deliver.
WITHDRAWAL According to Sweden’s Act on Distance Contracts, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. This does not concern food, however, which means our caramels are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Our book, on the other hand, may be returned. You as a customer are responsible for return shipping and bear all risks related with return transportation. Products must be sent back in their original condition. We will refund the product’s price, but not the original shipping fee.
COMPLAINTS If the exterior of your package was damaged, please report this immediately at your local post office. If the product itself was faulty or damaged (or if we packaged it incorrectly), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and cite your order number. Simply tell us what went wrong so we can resolve the issue for you as swiftly as possible. We will bear all complaints-related shipping charges.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES Orders that are not picked up will automatically be returned to us. We then reserve the right to charge you for return shipping and take out a handling fee of SEK 150.
PERSONAL DATA The personal information you provide us with when placing an order is handled according to GDPR . By placing an order, you consent to the storing and processing of your data, so we may process and complete your order and provide you with updates on its status. According to GDPR, you have the right to access the data on you that we have stored. Should it be inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to ask us to correct or remove it. FORCE MAJEURE We reserve the right to cancel the abovementioned agreement in the event of natural disasters, labour strikes or industrial disputes, decisions by authorities, non-deliveries from retailers or any other comparable events outside of our control that we could not have foreseen or avoided.
