Terms of purchase

ORDER CONFIRMATION When the purchase is completed an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided in the check out. In the confirmation e-mail you will find all information about the products, prices, billing- and delivery address. Is there anything wrong in your order you should immediately contact us on order@parlanskonfektyr.se. State what went wrong and remember to provide your order number connected to your order.
PRICES Prices in our web shop are quoted in SEK and include VAT. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change our web prices without advance notice.
PAYMENT We offer you secure payment with card and accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Swish and KLARNA.
SHIPPING COST Shipping to PostNord service point within Sweden costs 48 SEK (free on purchases over 500 SEK). We also offer home delivery within Sweden for 75 SEK (or 50 SEK on purchases over 500 SEK). Shipping abroad is only possible with PostNord Collect (i.e. delivery to a service point close to your stated address) and costs 135 (only possible within the EU, with a few exceptions).
STORE PICK-UP You can select to pick up your order in our store at Nytorgsgatan 38, Stockholm during our ordinary opening hours. Store pick-up is free. Orders that are not picked up within 14 days will be annulled.
DELIVERY When delivering goods, we use either Postnord Collect, which delivers the package to your local pick-up point, or home delivery by Postnord. You will be notified by text message, e-mail or letter when the package is available for collection from your pick-up point or is on its way to your home. We can never guarantee delivery on a specific date as we cannot control Postnord's handling.
DELIVERY TO ANOTHER RECIPIENT If you want us to send the order directly to another recipient, just enter their address at checkout. Remember to also enter their mobile phone number and e-mail address so that the shipping and pick-up notifications can reach them.
DELIVERY DURING HOLIDAYS During Christmas and other holidays, there is a higher demand for our caramels. This means that the delivery time may take a few extra days. Remember to place your order well in advance during gift-giving seasons.
DELIVERY TIME Normally we send the products from us within 1-3 working days. Larger orders may take longer. Outside Sweden it may take a few more days. We can never guarantee delivery on a specific day.
From October 7, 2024, PostNord will only deliver parcels with home delivery every other weekday in certain areas with low parcel volumes and long distances. However, delivery to pick-up points will continue as usual. For more information on affected areas, see https://www.postnord.se/effektivare-post.
COUNTRIES We deliver to Sweden and within the European Union (with a few exceptions).
WEATHER Our caramels are sensitive to humidity, heat, and cold. We package our products as carefully as possible but cannot guarantee their quality when they are in transit for a long period of time or shipped to places with extreme weather conditions.
DELAYS We always do our utmost to ensure speedy deliveries, but are unable to guarantee delivery on a specific day. Should your order be delayed, we will contact you. You always have the right to cancel your purchase in case of extreme delays.
LARGE ORDERS We produce our artisanal caramels on a small scale. During peak times or holidays (such as Christmas and Easter), demand for our products is high, and we recommend you to place your order well ahead of the desired delivery date. We reserve the right to cancel and refund you for larger orders if we are unable to deliver.
WITHDRAWAL Because food items are exempt from the right of withdrawal, purchases of our caramels can not be refunded. However, on non-food items like our book and our merch you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. We can not cover the return shipping cost, but will refund you for the price of the returned product if it is undamaged. Please contact order@parlanskonfektyr.se if you wish to return a product.
COMPLAINTS If the exterior of your package was damaged, please report this immediately at your local post office. If the product itself was faulty or damaged (or if we packaged it incorrectly), please contact us at order@parlanskonfektyr.se and cite your order number. Simply tell us what went wrong so we can resolve the issue for you as swiftly as possible. We will bear all complaints-related shipping charges.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES Unclaimed packages at a post office or service point will be returned to us after 7 days. We reserve the right to bill you 150 SEK for the added cost of return shipping, administration and handling of your unclaimed and returned package. Unclaimed packages do not count as a voiding of your purchase. If you want us to ship your package again we will need to be compensated for the extra shipping fee.
PRIVACY POLICY The personal data you provide us with when placing an order is handled according to GDPR. By placing an order, you consent to the storing and processing of your data, so we may process and complete your order and provide you with updates on its status. According to GDPR, you have the right to access the data on you that we have stored. Should it be inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to ask us to correct or remove it. FORCE MAJEURE We reserve the right to cancel the abovementioned agreement in the event of natural disasters, labour strikes or industrial disputes, decisions by authorities, non-deliveries from suppliers or any other comparable events outside of our control that we could not have reasonably foreseen or avoided.
