CARAMEL SAUCE

Thought our caramels were decadent? Then you haven't tried our caramel sauces yet. Spoonfuls of sheer seduction! Some like to drizzle warm caramel sauce over ice-cream. Others enjoy a dollop on top of pancakes or waffles. Still other blend it with berries - who said caramel sauce couldn't be healthy? Why not make it the secret ingredient of your favourite dessert. Just heat slightly, stir and drizzle.
When unopened, the caramel sauce will last a full year from cooking. An opened jar should ideally be kept in the fridge and is best within 4-6 weeks, but we always recommend smelling and tasting - many times it is excellent long after that.
