When unopened, the caramel sauce will last a full year after the production date. An opened jar should ideally be kept in the fridge and is best within 4-6 weeks, but we always recommend smelling and tasting - oftentimes it still tastes great for longer. We think the sauce is the most delcious when you warm it slightly before serving.
