Pärlans Konfektyr is a small, artisan confectionery dedicated to making deliciously smooth and buttery caramel and caramel sauce. We believe in using pure and simple ingredients, just sugar, butter and cream. The result takes you right back to the elegant 30s and 40s – the real heydays of caramel. Our sweets are made in the vibrant Slakthusområdet just south of Stockholm. With the greatest care for quality and a passionate eye for design we warmly invite you to the world of caramels.
