Pärlans Konfektyr is a small, artisan confectionery dedicated to making deliciously smooth and buttery caramels and caramel sauce. We use nothing but the purest ingredients, just butter, sugar and cream. The result takes you right back to the elegant 30s and 40s – the real heydays of caramel. Our sweets are made in our old red-brick factory next to Brunnsviken in Stockholm. With the greatest care for quality and a passionate eye for design we warmly invite you to the world of caramel.
