Pärlans Konfektyr is a small, artisan confectionery dedicated to making deliciously smooth and buttery caramel and caramel sauce. We believe in using pure and simple ingredients, just sugar, butter and cream. The result takes you right back to the elegant 30s and 40s – the real heydays of caramel. Our sweets are made in the vibrant Slakthusområdet just south of Stockholm. With the greatest care for quality and a passionate eye for design we warmly invite you to the world of caramels. Our shop and small kitchen you’ll find in the heart of Södermalm – swing by to indulge our golden treats!
The season is in full swing! Every day, we're serving up our homemade soft serve ice cream with caramel sauce and toppings at the ice cream window in Söder.
